Quick Searching

Use this feature when you only need to enter search information for a single criterion -- Author, Keyword, Publisher, or Title.  Choose the criterion to search by, type a word or phrase in the text box, then click Search. Search options include:

• phrase – all words in the phrase are present in any order in the searched field
• phrase in quotation marks – all words in the phrase are present in the searched field in the exact order you enter
• word segment with an asterisk (*) at the end of it – finds any word starting with the segment (For example, book* finds book, books, bookmark, bookstore …)

 NOTE: You can only search one field (Author, Keyword, Publisher, or Title) with Quick Search. To search multiple fields or attributes such as binding type, edition, and/or dust jacket presence, click Find a Book at the top of the page.
